Sensei, the wellness brand created by Oracle founder Larry Ellison, has announced expansion to three international locations following the successful launch of Sensei Lanai in Hawaii. New properties are planned for Kyoto, New Zealand's North Island, and Costa Rica's Nicoya Peninsula.

Each 20-30 room property will offer Sensei's signature approach combining movement, mindfulness, and nutrition with personalized wellness programming. Guests participate in comprehensive health assessments and work with wellness guides to create customized itineraries.

'We're expanding Sensei to locations that embody wellness principles and offer natural beauty,' said Dr. David Agus, Sensei medical advisor. 'These destinations provide ideal settings for transformative wellness experiences.'

The properties will open between 2027 and 2029, with investments totaling $400 million. Each location will feature distinct wellness programming reflecting local traditions while maintaining Sensei's science-based approach. Programs start at $1,500 per night with minimum three-night stays.
